To apply, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Select date and time.
2. Submit the marriage application in person or through the Gosuslugi service.
3. Pay the state registration fee for the marriage.

List of documents required for the application:

1. Identity documents for both of the applicants.
2. Document proving the termination of a previous marriage, in case one has been married before.
3. Permission to marry before 18 if either of you is underage.
4. Receipt of payment of the state fee.
