This is an urban extension of an elite residential area in Innopolis. A school, the IT lyceum, Innopolis University, company offices, a park, cafes and restaurants, and a yoga studio are all within walking distance.

Two boomerang-shaped buildings are under construction. Residents of the SEZ 'Innopolis' will be offered the opportunity to rent offices on favourable terms. The technoparks will be launched in 2025 and will provide 4,000 jobs.

The building located between the university and the Medical Centre is under construction. There will be a four-star hotel comprising 53 rooms. AI will detect the guest's mood, and drones will assist with belongings.

Work is now underway on the hotel's furnishings and decorations. The hotel is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2023.
